When made by hand, the humble pizza takes on an entirely new level of flavor and elegance. In this interactive class with Chef Paco, you'll explore pizza-making techniques, including kneading the dough to a perfect consistency, baking it in the oven, and selecting the right toppings.

Begin the hands-on class with a palate-cleansing mixed green salad. Next, you'll prepare Neapolitan pizza from scratch, including making the dough and choosing from a wide variety of toppings, like fresh basil, tomatoes, mozzarella di bufala, and olives. Finally, learn how to craft a crème brûlée.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
